Software Engineer

ENSCO Avionics, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test and integrate software for a hybrid control systems in vehicle applications. Individual will be on a team developing control laws to manage and monitor power to energy storage systems, implemented in MATLAB and/or C code, and performing unit and system level testing. Must apply safety critical software development principles.

**Qualifications Required** * BS degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. * C development * Familiar with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) Regulations * MATLAB control law development. * Python scripting * Develop requirements and create system level test plans. * Able to work in close proximity to magnetic fields. * Technical writing skills to produce engineering documentation artifacts. **Qualifications Desired** - Experience with working with high power/high voltage systems. - DOORS - CM systems such as Razor or Synergy/Change - Understanding of CAN J1939 SAE Standards
