Summary
Engility Corporation – International Division is seeking Regional Program Managers (RPM) to provide leadership and contract management of a Department of State contract to support Embassies and Consulates. These are management positions based in overseas regional hubs. The RPM is responsible for all aspects of contract compliance in the assigned region, as well as managing and supporting site managers serving Embassies and Consulates in countries within the assigned region. The RPM will provide regular status reports to senior management on the accomplishment of program goals as they relate to cost, schedule, and performance, and actively manage risk through effective mitigation.
Responsibilities
* Serves as primary point of contact with the State Department Regional Contract Office * Monitors and ensures superior contract performance within the assigned region * Ensures established international material quality standards are strictly adhered to * Offers continuous improvements of operational efficiencies * Liaises with State Department managers at Embassies and Consulates within the region to ensure customer satisfaction * Supervises and develops the skill set of Site Supervisors * Leads the response to the logistical and life support needs of various contingent and emergent State Department operations within the region * Ensures each location complies with company operations, policies and procedures, and various safety programs * Monitors sub-contractor performance * Will be available at all times to respond to customer complaints and develop timely solutions * Develops risk mitigation strategies * Provides oversight of program logistics within region including schedules, cost warehousing, and delivery
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Tangible Qualifications** * Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret level security clearance * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field * At least 8 years’ experience in Program Management involving operations, logistics, and mission support * At least 3 years’ experience working internationally * Knowledge of standard contractual terms and regulations, including FAR, DFARs, and ITAR * Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications** * 5 years’ experience managing complex international programs involving operations, logistics, and life and mission support
