* Consults with Senior management in EMC's Professional Services organization on a variety of Business Intelligence requirements and initiatives. * Partner with business leaders to stay abreast of strategic imperatives and planned business model evolution. * Develops complex BI reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, SAP BOBJ, SQL, SharePoint and MS Excel. * Drives processes to manage and improve quality of data used in BI * Performs highly complex analysis to project all aspects of Professional Services Operational and Financial Performance * Acts as a Business Partner for assigned functional VPs, Directors and other Sr. Management providing specialized analysis to support decision-making processes. * Communicates all aspects of BI solutions including structure, function, use, data definitions, parameters, and any known limitations. * Accountable for overall program management partnering with the delivery group. * Manage and execute business readiness, training, communications, change management and business sign-off. * Builds a strategic roadmap for reporting solutions to include direction of future enhancements, automation, or other proposed improvements.

* 5 Plus years of related experience * Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. * Time management skills. * Sense of urgency. * Professional Services Business operations and process experience. * Strong technical aptitude with Business Intelligence tools * Solid understanding of database architecture and concepts.
