Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a member of the Sales Finance team and will provide Finance support to the RSA Sales organization. This position will prepare, review, and analyze a variety of complex financial data. Additionally, this person will assist in maintaining and updating company financial models as well as forecast and perform analysis to support the normal budgeting/forecasting process and other corporate strategic initiatives.

* Act as a strategic and value-added business partner. * Meet with functional business leaders on budgetary and operational/financial issues. * Advise sales leadership team on strategic initiatives and areas of risk. * Help resolve financial and operational issues that arise between different functional groups (Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Manufacturing). * Participate in forecast and planning cycles. * Review actuals vs. forecast and investigate material variances. * Perform analysis to support forecasting for several aspects of the company's financial performance. * Perform ad hoc requests for analysis of financial data.

* 4-6 years relevant experience in a financial and analytical role. * Must be a motivated self-starter. * Strong computer skills and ability to manipulate data (Excel). * Superior analytical ability and problem solving skills. * Strong sense of initiative. * Sense of urgency and accountability. * Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to accuracy.
