* Provide a solid, well-rounded foundation of Finance knowledge and experience to employees * Develop critical thinking / analytical skills through a challenging, case-based curriculum * Hone leadership / professional skills * Provide an overview of EMC and the EMC Finance organization, processes and practices * Provide an opportunity to build relationships inside and outside of the Finance organization and with every level of management
