You will be managing multiple QA Teams responsible for automated and manually testing of a variety of Mortgage systems.

* Lead a team of QA Testers both onshore and offshore who create, execute and maintain a suite of test plans, test case and test data for a number of products * Manage timelines and expectations in alliance with a cross-departmental group of leaders from Product and Development * Collaborates with QA Managers from other Test Teams to schedule integration and regression tests * Work with the automation team to define and design automated tests * Track and report the test status and test coverage on all assigned tasks * Assist with defining and reporting on test related KPI’s * Work under the direction of a QA Director to estimate efforts and lead the daily execution of tasks * May require overtime or off-peak hours to meet commitments **Role Specific Skills:** - Strong Leadership skills with experience leading onshore and offshore test teams simultaneously - Negotiate and coordinate schedules and time lines for integrated testing where there are dependencies outside of your immediate team - Skilled in defect management with the ability to prioritize, track, and schedule fixes for delivery. - Work with development to analyze test results, locate problems, identify root causes and develop solutions - Ability to motivate and coach the team through tough complex deliverables with tight deadlines - Tactful in holding the team accountable for mistakes and driving improvement strategies - Clearly communicate the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values to the team and ensure they are integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans - Establishes specific attainable and measurable goals for staff providing on-going performance feedback

* At least 5 year experience managing the daily tasks and activities of a test team * 5+ years of experience leading teams testing a mortgage loan origination system * 3+ years of automation engineering or managing automation efforts with knowledge of QTP/UFT and VB Script. * Experience with Selenium and Java a plus. * Computer Science Degree or equivalent from a fully-accredited college or university * Familiarity and experience working with various testing levels such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing etc. * Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel * Relational Database knowledge including SQL programming: understanding of queries and stored procedures * Knowledge of and some experience with automated testing applications such as QTP, UFT, Selenium etc. * Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Spoken and written English skills with an ability to communicate ideas, problems and solutions effectively with QA/ team lead
