As a Product Manager on the Authentication team you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement authentication services to protect the 32MM+ retail customers that use the Wells Fargo online and mobile channels. In this role you will support multiple authentication initiatives within the core digital channels including biometric authentication methods (face / voice / fingerprint), one time pass codes, and security tokens. This position requires close partnership with a wide range of diverse stakeholders across the entire bank including technology, legal/compliance, risk management, project management, product management, finance, customer care, information security, as well as 3 rd party vendors. In this role, you will support the deployment of cross-channel risk-based authentication strategies and solutions across desktop and mobile applications, as well as phone, store and other channels, strategy and implementation of initiatives that improve the customer experience, and development/monitoring of performance metrics for authentication services.

* Product management and oversight of multiple authentication products / services (biometrics / one time pass codes / security tokens etc.) * Evaluation and recommendation of authentication policies relating to online and mobile risk management. * Evangelizing with line of business partners across the enterprise the importance of balancing effective multi-channel authentication strategies with a compelling customer experience. * Optimization of existing authentication products, services, and processes for online, mobile and phone channels. * Relationship management of key stakeholder teams across the Virtual Channels group and the broader enterprise. * Management through all phases of the product management life cycle including the drafting of initial project scope documents through completion of detailed specifications, as well as project advocacy through project completion.

**Required Qualifications** * 5+ years of product management experience, product development experience, or a combination of both **Desired Qualifications** * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * 6+ years of product development or product management experience * Product strategy development experience * Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems * Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives * Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership * Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department * Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills * Knowledge and understanding of online authentication, authorization, fraud, or security * Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams * Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment * Knowledge and understanding of mobile software security * Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams * Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation * A BS/BA degree or higher **Other Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge and understand of Technical and experience in digital / software product management within the financial services industry * Knowledge and understanding of authentication and detection solutions used by online financial platforms Knowledge and understanding of Out of Wallet authentication/Challenge Questions, device fingerprinting/ device identification, One Time Passwords, Out-of-band authentication and risk-based authentication and detection. * Experience managing a technically complex product.
