Summary
The Commerce OS team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Product Manager to own and drive the delivery of our platform and web services capabilities. This person will work closely with world class developers, quality engineers, program managers, architects and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

He/she will be responsible for driving innovation, delivery, communication and adoption of eBay’s public and partner APIs and focused on making eBay’s partners and sellers successful on the platform. The right person will be passionate about technology, scalability and online commerce and have strong technical and product management skills to drive strategy and execution.

The right person will be passionate about technology, scalability and online commerce and have strong technical and product management skills to drive strategy and execution. **Qualifications:** * Solid understanding of technical platforms, and internal and 3rd party interfaces. * Demonstrated ability to treat technical platform components and API as products and drive their roadmap and delivery * Proven track record of building ecommerce applications (native and web) * Strong knowledge of REST, OAuth, security and other API-related technologies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Very strong knowledge of agile software development methodology. * Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse internal audiences * Demonstrated analysis and innovative problem solving skills using a systems thinking approach. * Strong collaboration skills with an ability to “color outside the lines” and get things done in matrixed, cross-functional team environments **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a strong plus. * 3-5 years of experience with product management of enterprise software
