**UX/Strategic:** - Challenges & assists clients to define requirements - Ability to lead and execute client strategic exercises - Comfortable designing and implementing qualitative research & conducting stakeholder interviews - Design solutions that meet & exceed strategic objectives - Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts & draw valid conclusions based on information furnished in written, oral or diagram form - Ability to communicate and summarize the value of strategic findings to clients - Collaborates with IA/QA/AMs to develop & improve process Information Architecture: Content Strategy: content audits/evaluate existing content - Identifies changing requirements and communicates on impact - Collaboratively developing prototypes as needed - Understanding target audience needs/tasks/goals and translating them into creative concepts w/functional components - Works closely w/Internal team and clients to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences - Ability to create deliverables: Sitemap, Wireframes - Experience with Axure a plus **Visual Design** - Ability to articulate design decisions, both internally & externally - Ability to lead a project design team - Persuasively presents creative concepts & rationale to clients, in-person or remotely - Ability to delegate design rounds to other designers - Ability to mentor/teach designers relevant skills - Ability to bring up to date industry trends/standards back to design group - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure w/careful attention to detail - Solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs: MacOS/Photoshop/Illustrator - Duo Consulting is all about individual excellence — and individual recognition — in a team environment. - We foster an environment that encourages cooperation, and reward team accomplishments.
