Summary
We’re looking for exceptional product marketing managers with the experience necessary to plan and execute initiatives that will drive the growth of the Dropbox in the Enterprise space. Collaborating with the product sales and partnership organizations, product marketing managers set the strategy and positioning of our business products in the enterprise space, drive insights from existing customers and potential prospects, develop product messaging to maximize adoption, and support events/campaigns to maximize awareness around our products. With the ability to strongly impact the global strategy for our core business products, product marketing managers must have the skills to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and execute independently on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
* Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand Dropbox customers and the competitive market landscape in which they operate * Develop the value prop of the Dropbox Business and Dropbox Enterprise in the enterprise space and articulate its value in all customer-facing messaging * Work closely with product, engineering, PR, support and sales to develop and execute launch plans for new product updates targeted at the enterprise market * Drive awareness of the Dropbox Business and Dropbox Enterprise through in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and other marketing-related activities * Develop product-focused marketing campaigns that support the company’s demand generation efforts
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years product marketing or product management experience with previous experience in the enterprise space preferred * Project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual * Cross-functional leadership: demonstrated ability to work closely with product, sales, PR, design, and partnerships teams * Self-starter: must have a positive attitude and can't be afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get things done
