Summary
As the Product Manager for Subscription Growth, you will work closely with the engineering team across everything from building new product flows to scoping small, iterative A/B tests. You will develop a deep understanding of data and users that will put you at the front lines of decision making and direction setting. You will jump from iterating with design to uncovering user insights through user research. In every case, you will get your hands dirty to create real impact.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to ship new, impactful and high quality experiences for Dropbox users to discover, adopt and maintain subscriptions to Dropbox’s paid offerings * Constantly work to identify and prioritize the highest impact opportunities to grow subscriptions using product data and user insights * Design experiments and analyze data to tackle challenging problems and deliver insights * Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams * Take ownership and accountability over projects and outcomes
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of work experience in business, product or banking/finance roles * BA/BS or MS in computer science, or significant technical background * Structured thinker and strong problem-solving skills * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written * Able to analyze, interpret and present data, Dropbox analytics expert * Deep understanding and empathy for the user
