Black Ops Project Manager

The Black Ops team mission is to bring a magical work experience to Dropboxers. We're an internal self-guided team that brings together internal design, communication, and social engineering. Our work aims to bring the company's mission and values to life through unusual and delightful experiences. As a project manager on this team, your goal will be helping operationalize projects by balancing time, budget, and sanity across multiple projects, teams, and the designers of Black Ops. Your direct impact will increase workflow, project output, and improve strategy on all future team priorities.

* Ensure all project deadlines/goals are met efficiently and on time * Be on the front lines of communication for any incoming project requests * Establish and share project plans, schedules, and task lists * Responsible for end-to-end production ordering related to all internal design projects * Help forecast yearly goals, projections, and other priorities * Delegate digital design asset priorities across multiple designers * Establish relationships with both vendors and internal teams to improve cohesion through design among all Dropbox offices

* 3-5+ years experience in project management and/or relative production focused work * Detailed and organized person with a passion for project execution at a high level * Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects in a calm and organized fashion * Prompt and skilled communicator * Appreciation for creativity and design projects * Experience with a variety of project management tracking softwares, and comfortable with building your own through Excel/Google Sheets
