* Analyze, develop, and implement complex computer-based business application systems and programs; assist in the activities and operations related to the development and implementation of systems and programs. * Develop project plans and cost analysis estimates to establish project expectations and accountability within the project team. Conduct an appropriate level of analysis to determine feasibility for a requested amount of work. * Create the necessary workflow and design documents to communicate the business requirements and ensure the project deliverable stays in scope. * Maintain and monitor a testing environment for unit testing of all development work. * Create and execute the necessary testing plans, ensuring that all defects are recorded and resolved on a timely basis to meet the target deadline. * Troubleshoot software and hardware problems encountered by user community. * Create documentation that defines end-user requirements. * Create new applications or enhance existing ones to provide additional functionality.

* ASP.NET, C# or ~~~ Development experience. * SQL Server **NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:** * Database programming (Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle) * PHP Development experience (great opportunity to learn it if you don't currently have it) * Insurance Industry experience
