Our client located in Chicago, IL is looking for a Windows Server Engineer to troubleshoot technical issues, monitor, and maintain a large number of servers in a team environment. The right candidate will collaborate with their team and teams abroad on projects and support issues.

• Collaborate on maintenance and migrations projects while resolving issues in a daily ticket based support environment
• Manage and support SharePoint, internally developed, and third party applications
• Address daily SCOM and xMatters notifications
• Draft and maintain documents and diagrams to support a remote workforce and facilitate cross functional performance
• On-call rotation support

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced to senior level Windows Server EE experience
• Moderate Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS, VMware and enterprise AV experience
• Functional PowerShell and SharePoint experience
• Experience providing internal or external user support

• Financial industry experience
• Citrix experience
• Altiris and Azure software experience
