• Initiate Global sales programs, including sales process-related knowledge and tools
• Directly work with marketing to analyze trends and implement corporate promotions
• Collaborate with the Management Team for efficient operations
• Works directly with the sales team identify areas of opportunity and potential problem areas
• Develop the talent through objectives, reviews, and performance feedback
• Ensure strict compliance with regulations and standards
• Plan and manage to a departmental budget
• Call and travel to major customers and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must have film coating and application experience
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet & exceed sales objectives
• Ability to communicate on all levels from internal to external business executives
• Flexibility to achieve success in a cross-functional role
