Technical Support Expert

Our client located in Michigan is looking for a Technical Support Expert with Film Coatings experience, to provide superior support to clients and internal departments. This is a Home-Based position for anyone who lives in Michigan, and will involve up to 50% national travel with frequent commutes into Detroit.

• Monitor CRM and visit clients frequently to provide updates, training, and resolve complaints then relay client feedback to field and central management
• Monitor changing standards, technical data, and legislation and relay the information to relevant departments and clients
• Coordinate and manage demonstrations, market testing, new implementations, and knowledge transfer to clients
• Support the training center to ensure effectiveness and compliance
• Collaborate with internal managers, specialists, and consultants on project development and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced to Senior level film coatings experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients at all organizational levels from top to bottom
• Can be home based in Michigan, frequent trips into Detroit, living close would help.

Nice to have skills:

• Thermoforming and plastic injection experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
