Film Coatings Sales Manager

Our client located in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a Film Coatings Sales Manager with experience managing sales teams and specific experience in the Film Coatings industry. In this role you will manage the sales team through execution, reaching target sales objectives, and cultivate an infrastructure focused on quality.

* Initiate Global sales programs, including sales process-related knowledge and tools * Directly work with marketing to analyze trends and implement corporate promotions * Collaborate with the Management Team for efficient operations * Works directly with the sales team identify areas of opportunity and potential problem areas * Develop the talent through objectives, reviews, and performance feedback * Ensure strict compliance with regulations and standards * Plan and manage to a departmental budget * Call and travel to major customers and stakeholders

* Bachelor’s degree * Must have film coating and application experience * Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet & exceed sales objectives * Ability to communicate on all levels from internal to external business executives * Flexibility to achieve success in a cross-functional role
