This position will require the employee to monitor merchandisers, account managers and delivery drivers using various systems. Will analyze data and create reports.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the business unit management team by gathering data from programs such as
- Kronos, Route Manager, RoadNet. Margin Minder and Xora/eTrace.
- Will provide telephone customer service to internal and external customers regarding deliveries, sales and
- merchandise.
- Heavy and advanced use of Excel using formulas, Pivot Tables, V Lookups, etc
- Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 2 years previous customer service experience
- 2 years of Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

Working Conditions
Position pays $16.00 per hour. Schedule is Sunday – Wednesday, 5 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must have flexibility to work days other than regular schedule to cover vacations, etc.
