Summary
As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be the on-site technical training expert for Siemens surgical and urological imaging systems. You will ensure that the clinical training facilitated at our customer’s medical facility provides expert technical training, delivers customer excellence, and represents Delta Medical Systems and Siemens Healthcare with professionalism, all while giving a positive customer experience. You will work with the surgery sales, project management, and service teams to promote positive customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales activities, while also fostering internal team growth and communication.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain customer relationships during product demonstrations or system installations. * Coordinate with sales, project management, and service teams on scheduling of customer training events. * Plan and execute equipment demonstration process to assist in closing sales. * Prepare and gather necessary documentation for end user training at customer site. * Conduct educational sessions at the customer site to educate customers on how to use Siemens surgery and urology imaging equipment. * Complete regulatory and core process documents in a timely fashion. * Communicate relevant customer information to sales, project management, and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
* Certified Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience required. * Additional ARRT certifications and registries a plus. * Previous Application Specialist experience preferred. * Experience on Siemens surgical imaging systems a plus * Teaching experience in a clinical environment a plus * Ability to travel extensively up to 90% is required * Must possess excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. * Valid driver’s license required, with a good driving record needed
