* Design and build distributed systems to meter trillions of events per day * Analyze and automate billing workflow * Work with Hadoop, Spark, Luigi and other open-source technologies * Join a tightly knit team solving hard problems the right way * Own meaningful parts of our service, have an impact, grow with the company

* You have a BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field * You have worked with large-scale, metering/billing systems for SaaS companies * You relish automating complex tasks with code * You tend to obsess over code correctness, simplicity, and automated testing * You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment **Bonus Points** * You have designed/built multiple metering/billing systems * You are deeply familiar with a distributed computing framework like Hadoop or Spark * When you build a new service, you write your own Chef or Puppet code * You are familiar with a handful of programming languages
