Based out of Oakland, California and backed with $5 Million in Venture-Capital, we're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer - JavaScript, Node.js, Angular.js with strong .NET, C# & JavaScript skills.We help small businesses by building software tools that follow up with their customers, identify promoters and detractors, and then ask promoters for reviews/referrals and for private feedback from the detractors. We monitor and load balance reviews across multiple channels, using a proprietary formula to gauge effectiveness.

• We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. We’re building a great product for a market that’s often ignored by the tech industry.
• Being an early stage startup, there will be something of everything: server side code, HTML/CSS, background jobs, integration, and 3rd party APIs.
• We hire for attitude: if you're eager to learn new things, build products that solve real problems, prefer simple over clever, you'll fit right in.

• Our app is built with Node/io.js, ES6/7, MongoDB, Redis, IronMQ and the occasional bash script. Our team uses Github, Slack, CI and Heroku for the day to day. And of course, standard web technologies like HTML and CSS.
• We have both mid-level and senior positions available. If you're applying for mid-level, we do expect you’ve built a web application or two before, have experience with software development lifecycle, algorithm and data structures (but we won't ask you to reverse a linked list). For senior developers, we also expect you'll be able to mentor and lead the less experienced team members.
• We’re open to all backgrounds and experiences — we hired PHP, Python and Ruby developers to our team, we know how to get people up to speed with Node and JavaScript.
• PS this is not an entry-level position, we're looking for 2+ years’ experience.
