Based in Herndon, VA, we are a highly established Cyber Security Software Company. We provide security, storage and systems management solutions to help our customers from small businesses to global organizations. Currently, we are looking for a talented Director/Sr. Manager of Product Management to join our team in Herndon. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Information Security Solutions, Cyber Security, and have a strong technical/engineering background. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving global organization.

Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with key partner organizations (e.g., product marketing, technical field enablement, sales specialists and specialist systems engineers).
* Provide analytical, strategic-thinking and leadership support that enables the executive team to isolate business issues; be proactive in providing recommendations for implementing solutions.
* Develops product management processes, programs, and internal reports (e.g., business plans, target market identification, customer relationship building and corporate branding).
* Promotes product management programs and seeks approval from higher-level managers.
* Interfaces with higher level managers in various functions within the company to ensure that the
* Product management functions anticipate and meet internal and external needs and are structured to produce effective marketing strategies.
* Understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and technology trends, and use this information to define the overall security solution strategy.
* Develop full business cases for the solution and present to executives for review and approval.
