Operations Director

Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Real Estate Solutions has an opening for an Operations Director for the Las Vegas office. The Operations Director recruits, hires and supervises the administrative staff, manages the business operations of the branch including: financial and accounting administration, budget development and monitoring, expense control, commissions, and record keeping. The Operations Manager maintains the standard for the highest ethical and moral conduct in the branch. Primary responsibilities include: - Manage and directing all administrative staff and functions. - Assist in the development of the branch budgets; manage expenses; ensures revenue and expenses are appropriately charged; reviews financial statements for accuracy; etc. - Manages and/or performs accounting functions - e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, and commissions. - Acts as human resources liaison with Corporate HR to ensure HR compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 3-5 years commercial real estate experience - Excellent written, analytical and oral communications skills - Nevada real estate broker license - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer-service skills - Proven staff management skills, has successfully handled disciplinary problems, including coaching employees on performance - Experience delegating and managing staff/functions - Experience with process, project, and time management - Has developed a budget or managed a budget - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software package preferred
