OBIEE/OBIA Architect

CSC Big Data and Analytics is a high priority incubator unit with in the Emerging Business Group with focus on helping our customers accelerate their path to innovation through the introduction of breakthrough analytic, big data platform and data science consulting capabilities. We are currently seeking an OBIEE/OBIA Architect to join our team.

* Collaborate with business areas and data owners to successfully implement and maintain an enterprise level business analytics and data warehousing solution. * Develop front-end, metadata and ETL specification to support business requirements for reporting across the organization. * Manage a team of technical resources (both onsite and offshore) and ensure project delivery. * Responsible for the design, set up and maintenance of both Production and Non-Production environments. * Troubleshoot Production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes. * Perform data cleansing and data auditing as necessary to ensure data quality. * Define and develop physical and logical data models to support departmental and functional reporting needs. * Able to design and architect solutions that meet business customer requirements

* 8+ years of business intelligence and data warehouse experience. * 5+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) supporting development, configuration, administration and performance improvement. * 5+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA). * Experienced with OBIEE/OBIA implementations * Experienced in upgrading OBIA * Experience with configuring, mapping and validating data elements from multiple source systems to OBIA. * Specific experience with Financial, Human Resources, Procurement & Spend and Supply Chain Analytics desired. * Experience with Oracle Data Integrator ETL tool (ODI) within the context of OBIA. * Experience with PeopleSoft as a source for OBIA. * Experience with EBS as a source for OBIA. * Knowledge and experience with end-to-end development. * Experience with high volume, complex relational databases * Strong understanding of database concepts including views, tables and indexing * Familiar with best practiced related to business intelligence and data warehousing. * Experienced in the design of RPD's, configuration of various data sources, configuring OBIEE at Web logic layer, design and development of OBIEE reports, answers, dashboards and BI Publisher. * Have a strong understanding of the OBIA architecture including physical data models, ETL, logical business models and subject areas.
