Manager, Product Control Finance Change - Project Manager

The role involves:

Raleigh PC Aligned Lead

• Manage Raleigh (PC Aligned) Finance Change team.
• Execute Performance Management review.
• Set teams objectives and perform weekly 1 on 1s.
• Delegates ad hoc delivery responsibilities to team; ensures milestones are met.
• Escalates issues to Program Management.

RBPL

• Serving as the main point of contact between Product Controllers and the RBPL Project team.
• Understanding Product Control’s daily P&L process.
• Delegates delivery responsibilities to global team; ensures milestones are met.
• Providing training to Product Controllers on the RBPL process.Leading regional Functional and User Acceptances Testing (UAT).
• Defect Management: Track, raise, and escalate defects to appropriate audiences.
• Providing data analysis critical to the identification, prompt escalation (if needed), and resolution of issues raised by Controllers.
• Monitoring test results against pre-defined qualitative and quantitative success criteria.
• Regional and Global communication with members of the project team and project stakeholders.
• Understand the “Greeks” used to represent the sensitivity in an options portfolio to a change in market parameters.
• Clearly communicates project status.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Prior management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Product Control.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approaches to issue resolution.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentational).
• Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
