Banking Operations Specialist - Loans

* Manage portfolio 20+ Syndicated Loans totaling 1b+ in commitments facing external clients * Communicate with internal colleagues across all areas including Front, Middle & Back Office * Monitor daily control reports (KRI's) by reviewing & reconciling where applicable * Familiar with reading and interpreting legal documentation * Relevant work experience in corporate environment * Prior leadership experience preferred

* Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel * Proficient in use of Microsoft Word * Able to prioritize and multi-task in a high pace environment * Solid attention to detail * Team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment) * Effective communication skills (verbal & written) * Ability to work independently * Solid interpersonal skills including organizational, listening & problem solving
