Banking Operations Specialist

• This is a cross divisional group which is responsible for the bank accounts of PB and IB.
• This gives any successful candidate the opportunity to further their career down two career paths.
• We also work very closely with our regional colleagues in Singapore, London and Zurich.
• As we are required to understand the trades behind the cash, we also deal with most other Operations departments daily.

• IB or PB Operations experience is ideal but not required.
• A good understanding of how the Operations process works is essential.
• A wide ranging product knowledge is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure in time sensitive situations is essential.
• Ability to work accurately without error is essential.
• Confident and clear communication is essential due to the daily Front Office communication.
• Microsoft Excel is critical and PowerPoint is advantageous.
