Summary
This role will be sourcing passive candidates for mission critical roles that will make a major impact on our teams and our organization as a whole. This role is a great way to grow your career and have the opportunity to move into other roles on the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
* Review inbound applications to determine qualified candidates
* Source quality passive candidates for mission critical positions
* Schedule phone interviews with recruiting team
* Attend Meetups and Recruiting Events to source passive candidates
* Attend job fairs to source non passive candidates
* Host internal events to drive referral program
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years of technical sourcing experience on internal recruiting team with proven success
* Outgoing personality, fun with a strong work ethic
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Entelo
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
* Strong writing skills
* Ability to multi task and juggle multiple responsibilities
* Bachelor’s Degree
