Senior Revenue Analyst

The Senior Analyst role provides an opportunity to solve highly analytical problems and translate those solutions into actionable business strategies. The role is highly cross-functional and will require coordination with product, marketing, sales, and data sciences. Analysts work on a variety of projects such as new monetization initiatives within the revenue space; launching national marketing campaigns utilizing Email and Television; and turning insights into real products with our engineering teams.

* Leveraging your analytical abilities to look beyond the numbers and understand how our members interact with our website * Design and implement test (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of user engagement and revenue * Generate break-through analytical insights and translate them into actionable business strategy * Actively mine data from our SQL databases to develop predictive models * Support ongoing analysis of business performance

* 3+ years of relevant experience * Experience with experimental design and statistical data analysis * Exposure to SAS, R, MLLib, or other statistical software packages * Experience in consumer financial products (credit cards, installment loans, insurance, or retail banking) with a focus on underwriting or customer acquisition * BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats, or equivalent experience * Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business * Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn both
