Senior Information Technology Program Manager

COUNTRY Financial is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager with deep experience running large application development programs. The program and role includes accountability for coordinating and monitoring multiple projects from initiation to close as part of the implementation of a new Property/Casualty Policy Administration and Billing System. This position works across both business and IT teams and requires regular reporting and interaction with executive business and IT management.

* Creates, manages and executes project/program plans. * Builds strong working relationships with team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution. * Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions, and change management activities. * Ability to manage and track budget and budget variance.

* Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in information technology or project management and 2 years lead experience OR, Master's degree and at least 12 years of experience in information technology or project management and 2 years lead experience OR, At least 17 years of experience in information technology or project management and 2 years of lead experience. * Prior Program Management experience on large Property Casualty policy administration system replacement programs. * Knowledge of Property Casualty business and systems. * Prior experience on multiple projects that fall within the program. * Experience in preparing and presenting Program Updates to executive leadership. * Experience in creating, managing, and executing project and program plans to support complex, enterprise wide ITS and business needs. * Coordinates resources, establishes deadlines, and assigns responsibilities for the program. * Develops technology roadmaps that align with business priorities and roadmaps.
