Email Marketing Specialist

ContextMedia is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join the membership marketing team. The Email Marketing Specialist will manage and execute email campaigns to grow and engage our member (physician network) and commercial solutions communities. The right candidate will have experience working with an ESP as well as familiarity with a marketing automation tool and Google Analytics.

Building out, automating, executing and optimizing email communications for different segments of our physician and advertiser communities will be an important part of this role. The role will manage multiple campaigns and will be responsible for calendar planning, copy and creative consultation, production management, timelines, and approvals. The role requires an understanding of email marketing concepts including drip campaigns, triggered sends, retargeting, etc. We are looking for someone with a testing mentality who thrives on analyzing results and optimizing programs to improve campaign outcomes.

* 2-3 years of email marketing experience required * Experience with a ESP is a must * Basic HTML skills a must * Advanced HTML and CSS a plus * Experience with email and survey tools such as Survey Monkey * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work both independently and part of a team * Copywriting and design experience is a plus
