Manages a wide range of investigative studies across several brands regarding advertising, product performance, effectiveness of current marketing/sales programs, and feasibility of new products. Digs deep below the surface to identify compelling consumer, category, and brand insights. Designs marketing research studies, analyzes research findings and influences marketing and brand management to develop effective marketing plans and programs. Develops surveys and qualitative discussions to analyze consumer purchasing patterns, preferences, and brand image and marketing effectiveness. Analyzes ConAgra brands’ and competitors’ in market consumer buying behavior, to identify issues and opportunities. 5 to 7 years industry experience

- Leads the sourcing, interpretation and application of marketplace and consumer information to develop marketing strategy for category leading brands. - Identifies, develops and evaluates new products and marketing programs to support new business growth initiatives. - Identifies, defines and addresses key strategic issues to ensure accomplishment of business goals. - Analyzes research and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to appropriate individuals/groups. - Plays a key role in annual and strategic business plan development serving as consumer expert and informed, experienced business person. - Monitors and applies consumer trends (demographic, behavioral, and attitudinal) to the business. - Collaborates with RQI on new product development strategies and sensory testing programs.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred - 5+ years in research, preferably in consumer packaged goods industry - Experience with quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral marketing research methods - Strong project development and project management skills - Strong interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
