People Operations Business Partner

Collective Health is a technology company working to create the healthcare experience we all deserve. Founded in 2013, our team of engineers, designers, product managers, and actuaries are redefining the $1 trillion-dollar market of employer-sponsored health benefits with data-driven and people-focused products.

This role will primarily work with our Product Development teams including Engineering, Design and Product Management.

• Advocate for our people, our leaders and our business objectives
• Persuade and influence leaders to pursue our cultural agenda
• Coach and develop our Product Development leaders
• Partner with our Product Development leaders to implement programs that support and build capacity in our teams
• Partner with the People Operations team to develop programs that build and support employee engagement, ownership of our culture, productivity, and leadership development
• Support stakeholders across the org through changes in processes

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Interest in technology and experience working with Product Development and Engineering organizations
• Experience at a high growth company
• Experience coaching and developing leaders
• Mastery of project management in highly collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
• Business acumen: MBA or related business experience
• Courage to advocate for an unpopular opinion if the right one of the business and our people
• Unwavering belief in the goodness of people
