Market Research Sales Coordinator

* Assist sales in preparation for customer meetings and customer calls * Build and review customer reports with the team - background information, readership data and participation * Onboard new customers – schedule initial phone calls, coordinate logistics, set up customer in our internal software * Maintain customer distribution lists * Train new users on internal customer software * Schedule and manage logistics for conference calls and webinars * Create new customer contracts * Coordinate travel, manage expense reports, schedule meetings and calls for the team as requested * Provide assistance and administrative support for the sales team when they are traveling * Provide administrative support for filing, ordering supplies, etc * Assist team with other projects as needed throughout the year

* Bachelor’s degree * Prior work experience in a support role * Strong planner and ability to think ahead * Attention to detail and organization * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Desire to work in a team environment * Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
