Strategy and Planning, Senior Manager

The Strategy and Planning Manager is responsible for the orchestration of the planning process for the Services Entitlement Team, working with cross-functional leadership within and stakeholders outside of the organization

• Tracking of business impact of key strategies and ongoing optimization
• Assist the Service Entitlement Senior Director in the day to day execution and operations, change management and communications
• Manage and drive Team VSEM, Executive and team socialization of Key Programs and Strategic Decisions, organizational events such as all hands and leadership off-sites
• Quarterly Operations reviews for Global Entitlement Operations, Global Service Supply Chain, and Technical Services Investment Portfolio (if needed)
• Metrics (MBO tracking) - work across the team to develop and report the monthly value metrics for Global Entitlement and Global Service Supply Chain stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent education
• Minimum of 7 or more years of experience in the technology industry
• Familiarity with a corporate planning, along with some experience in product management, marketing, or engineering
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver on goals to maintain operational excellence
• Structured thinker to work on complex business plans and projections
• Solid working knowledge of change management, budgeting, metrics and strategic planning

Desired Skills

• Managerial experience a plus
• Demonstrative roles with global leadership, experience leading broad corporate initiatives with emphasis in operations
