Senior Product Manager

In this Senior Product Manager position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product requirements and GTM plan for convergence solution strategy. As the Product Manager for these new GTM channels you will be responsible for rationalizing the investment in these interfaces, ensuring market needs are being met; seeking opportunities to further differentiate Cisco UCS based convergence offer, accelerating the enterprise adoption and growing product revenue. Critical tasks for the PM in this role will be creating requirements to build product and solutions.

* 5+ years of progressive product management or related experience with data center product technologies. * Bachelor degree in engineering, MBA is a plus * Deep understanding of automation platform products. * Demonstrated success in taking products from early adoption through high growth. * Passionate about the products you own with an innate desire to be an advocate for the developers who use them. * Inclination to challenge the status quo and seek creative ways to improve processes and out-market the competition. * Well respected by the engineering, marketing and sales teams you work with. * Comfortable speaker at customer briefings, trade shows and other customer/sales-facing events. **Desired Skills** * Experience with Agile Product Management * Experience delivering a data center automation solution * A history working successfully within a large matrixed organization * A track record of influencing a dynamic set of stakeholders with competing interests toward win-win outcomes
