Commercial Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to lead the commercialization of our joint solutions across Cisco and Ericsson. Focusing in on the following area’s: Routing, Optical, Wireless, Data Center and Management and Control. You will join a team that is defining these solutions and delivering them to market.

* Facilitate alignment and interlock w/ Cisco Legal, Solutions Director, Sourcing and Supply chain to bring a new Cisco Solution to Market * Builds interlock with software office, development orgs, field, finance, OPS, supply chain to drive accelerated implementation. * Direct, Open, Engaging Collaborative Style * Source of truth for pricing practices of solution and competitive commercial practices * Delivers primary research and analysis to support efforts; builds network to leverage existing work * Drives, assists and informs TCO efforts to expedite sales and marketing efforts.

**Minimum Qualifications** * Deep understanding of licensing, pricing and packaging strategies * Ability to influence key business partners and executive stakeholders * Excellent customer engagement skills * Understanding of key Technologies * 3-5 years industry experience with networking and software licensing * Appropriate business experience or schooling * Likes to work hard and solve problems. * Self starter **Desire Skills** * Deep understanding of process that enables results. * Strong Collaborator. * Strong problem solver. * Focused on results, not effort. * Desire to learn, grow and challenge self to enhance your skills. * Collaborative, good personality, likes to work with a team, even remotely. * Enjoys problem solving. * Knows how to work in ambiguity
