- Capture, understand and optimize existing business processes
- Listen keenly to stakeholders' requirements, drive cross-functional discussions and decisions while keeping simplicity and enterprise vision in mind
- Play a leadership role in driving cross-functional alignment for definition of automation requirements for the Security business, reaching from order ability to customer success
- Define and orchestrate change management and adoption of new system capabilities
- Partner closely with IT partners and represent stakeholders to maximize business values for any future capability investments
- Influence strategic partners to connect and align cross-functional frameworks and processes towards a common operations strategy
- The potential candidate would interface across all levels, including executives, and develop close partnerships with key operations functions including Supply Chain, HR, Global Business Services, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in driving large-scale cross-functional programs at Cisco
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into execution in a pragmatic manner
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization with competing deadlines
- Ability to consider cross-functional perspectives and drive common ground solutions
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tracks in an organized and prioritized manner
- Effective communication, leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience with Cisco's business operations, metrics and operational improvement best practices
- Good understanding of Cisco Business Architecture Reference Model (BOST) and Service Management concepts
- Basic understanding of Cisco's financial and investment planning processes is a plus
- Previous experience with Cisco Operations is preferred
