Graphic Designer / Production Artist

As the Graphic Designer / Production Artist you will share responsibility for the set-up of production files for dye sublimation and custom hard goods & apparel. The secrets to success in this position are a creative mind, fast fingers and strong attention to detail.

* Demonstrate an upbeat attitude, solid work ethic and the ability to take ownership and pride in their work * Possess well-developed oral and written communication skills * Exhibit a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to perform accurately and productively in a fast-paced environment * Comprehend detailed sets of written instructions * Have a desire to grow along with the Company * Prepare template-based team sports uniforms for production * Create custom vector artwork based on customer specifications * Check work carefully for accuracy * Complete various tasks, including but not limited to product photography, photo editing, and creation of marketing materials * Think creatively to produce quality work within CHAMPRO Sports® brand guidelines * Communicate effectively with the Marketing team members and adapt fluidly in a fast-paced, deadline- and detail-orientated environment

* Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred) * Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator * Working knowledge of the following programs: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe InDesign * Microsoft Excel * Outgoing, positive attitude * Ability to work in a PC environment * Interest and passion for sports a plus
