Graphic Designer / Production Artist

As the Graphic Designer / Production Artist you will share responsibility for the set-up of production files for dye sublimation and custom hard goods & apparel. The secrets to success in this position are a creative mind, fast fingers and strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrate an upbeat attitude, solid work ethic and the ability to take ownership and pride in their work

• Possess well-developed oral and written communication skills

• Exhibit a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to perform accurately and productively in a fast-paced environment

• Comprehend detailed sets of written instructions

• Have a desire to grow along with the Company

• Prepare template-based team sports uniforms for production

• Create custom vector artwork based on customer specifications

• Check work carefully for accuracy

• Complete various tasks, including but not limited to product photography, photo editing, and creation of marketing materials

• Think creatively to produce quality work within CHAMPRO Sports® brand guidelines

• Communicate effectively with the Marketing team members and adapt fluidly in a fast-paced, deadline- and detail-orientated environment

• Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)

• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator

• Working knowledge of the following programs:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Microsoft Excel

• Outgoing, positive attitude

• Ability to work in a PC environment

• Interest and passion for sports a plus
