Summary

Market cost-effective, solution-based products and services to new and existing Healthcare customers within specified territory

Responsibilities
  • Marketing and selling Centric’s products, services, and solutions to business’ C-Level Healthcare decision makers in a protected account territory
  • Aggressively pursuing competitive accounts and differentiating Centric from its competitors
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our constantly-growing line of products, including cutting-edge digital solutions, to ensure that you can provide your clients with the latest in office technology and document management solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a constantly-changing Healthcare climate including Federal and State regulations as they relate to technology and Centric’s line of products, specifically cutting-edge healthcare business process applications, to ensure that you can provide your clients with ways to impact operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
  • Making consultative business-to-business presentations through active listening and needs analysis in order to ensure that you provide your clients with the most appropriate technology solutions
  • Managing the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, and engaging specialists or managers as needed
  • Sustaining business development activities, appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, phone calls and emails
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Preparing daily/weekly action plans (1 on 1 documents)
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum activity expectations
  • Training customers on equipment; including features, functions, and capabilities
  • Resolving customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  • Attending sales meetings, training sessions and company meetings when required
  • Daily CRM database management and updating
  • Attending Healthcare networking meetings and seminars
Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • General knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, HIPAA, and EHR, and healthcare reform
  • Customer and personal service; includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication, persuasion, active listening, time management, negotiation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Service orientation and social perceptiveness
  • Strong work ethic; consistently exceeds expectations and manages obstacles to achieve business results
  • Team player; works with others to achieve shared objectives and accountability

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 1-3 years of healthcare business to business sales experience preferred
