Maintenance Coordinator

Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator supervises hourly bargaining unit employees engaged in the daily maintenance activities.

* Ensure plant maintenance, quality control, and maintenance performed by crews and/or contractors. * Lead work teams through example and motivation, instruction, coaching, discipline, and otherwise oversee employee work performance. * Resolve employee grievances to levels provided for within the Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, plant rules, environmental and safety procedures, and laws. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and proactive identification of equipment reliability issues. * Must comply with company safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds. * Perform other duties as assigned.

* Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. * Some exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. **Qualifications** * 1-5 years of progressive maintenance experience in large industrial manufacturing industry.
