Marketing Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist. As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will have the opportunity to support the Sales Team by managing the inbound lead generation processes. The Specialist will help develop and maintain efficient processes and operational protocols for inbound inquires from prospective members. Overall, the Specialist will collaborate with the Sales Team by 1) providing a central point of contact to connect the Sales team with prospective members inquiring about CEB products and services via web, 2) actively supporting the Marketing teams in their efforts to generate in-bound leads, and 3) managing and analyzing inbound volume by documenting and tracking inquiries to measure marketing effectiveness.

* Execute against and resolve certain administrative requests (product or service inquiries, prospective customer data collection and process improvement, etc.) * Escalate prospective member requests and inquiries directly to functions or individuals that can best address their inquiry * Communicate and collaborate with relevant internal functions to best support the Revenue and Marketing Teams * Assist with Marketing campaigns through inbound support and lead management activities; including extensive lead qualification * Assist Sales Team by documenting, tracking, and analyzing prospective member request trends, issues with inbound process, request fulfillment metrics, and inbound volume patterns in order to improve lead generation process

* Strong analytic skills; Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data; High proficiency in distilling massive a amounts of data. * Advanced Excel skills * Strong work ethic; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with others * Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; de demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; ability to build relationships and work well across functions * Strong typing and computer/phone navigation skills required * College degree in a related discipline * Related experience preferred * Experience with Salesforce.com preferred * Experience with Eloqua is a plus
