Summary
Our clients high touch customer support team is seeking a Web Application Developer to design, implement, and maintain web-based applications for internal customer support use. The web application is used by our support agents in call centers to provide effective and efficient solutions to our customer's problems.
Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing features to help our support agents
* Adding automated tests to improve overall quality of the system
* Improving overall performance of the site
* Internationalizing our app to support international users
* Regular communication and engagement with engineering team
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum requirements:**
* BS degree in computer science
* 3+ years of web development experience (CSS/HTML/Javascript)
* 3-5 year of general programming experience (Java or other object oriented language)
**Nice to have:**
* Familiarity with Angular.JS, Dart
