Summary
This position creates marketing deliverables (RFP responses, proposals, presentations) associated with real estate outsourcing pursuits for the Fortune 500. The position requires excellent writing skills, graphic design capabilities, and exceptionally strong organization skills. This position interacts with the business development team and functional experts throughout the company to create winning proposals/business plans for new business, expansions of existing accounts, and renewals.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the creation of a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts (most commonly written proposals, RFP responses, and graphical presentations) * Provide research on pursuits to aid management in business planning and strategy development * Assist with maintaining marketing database/library, including standard marketing collateral and case studies * Develop strong working relationships with subject matter experts throughout the organization (both functional leaders and account management)

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Bachelors Degree in marketing, journalism, or graphic design with 5+ years experience * Background in commercial real estate, consulting, or marketing environment preferred * Excellent writing abilities * Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with eye for graphic design (Elements created may include maps, charts, tables, illustrations, and other visuals) * Strong attention to detail * Must be well organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities
