In this role an individual will be tasked with performing the following primary functions to support the Chicago Data Center Solutions team: **Inside Sales/Business Development** * Calling on CIO’s (IT Leaders) to identify market activity that can be converted for Consulting, Tenant Advisory and overall market demand for the Provider Advisory by team. * Lists of active and prospective clients will be the expected deliverable with qualified background as to the nature of the opportunity. **Research/Data Analytics** * Organize and orchestrate the distribution and collection of RFI’s on a quarterly basis from markets around the US. * Interfacing with the “local” geographic market experts to collect the data for market analytics and research reports. * Creating and delivering bespoke market reports for institutional and enterprise clients. **Project Management** * As acumen develops they will be brought into a project management role to support both Tenant and Provider requirements. * This role will oversee the completion of financial analyses, proposal summaries and periodic reports.

* 3-5 years of relevant data center sales or other relevant experience * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university * Real Estate Salesperson license or willingness to obtain * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers * Ability to effectively present information * Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles * Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions * Conducts basic financial analysis * Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents * Ability to solve problems in situations involving several options * Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills * Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite * Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines * Responsible for setting own project deadlines
