Carling Communications, Inc., is a San Diego-based, professional services firm that specializes in full-service marketing, advertising, and physician communications within pharmaceutical, medical device, and specialty biotechnology industries.
In 2010, after enjoying nearly 20 successful years on both the client and agency sides of pharmaceutical marketing, Didi Discar was urged by several industry leaders to put her expertise to work establishing her own marketing agency. Seeing the opportunity and loving a challenge, Carling Communications was born.
Under tenured leadership, Carling has quickly become an award-winning agency servicing national and global brands in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. The company also expanded to answer the growing need for medical education services, forming two independent companies, MCME Global and Meridius Health Communications.
Carling pursues innovation and excellence by acting as an extension of each client’s marketing team—ensuring maximum impact from an extensive offering of state-of-the-art services, brand marketing, tactical execution, and strategic planning.
