Summary
Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing operational support to Presource sales representatives and customers with a concentrated focus on business growth and profitability. * Working directly with sales reps and customers to design new kits/modules and implementing changes to existing kits/modules. * Customer contact for manufacturing exceptions, components changes, kit changes, kit design questions and kitting solutions. * Liaison between customer and Presource business owners. * Drive profitability through kit analysis (gross profit opportunities). * Inventory management of custom procedure trays from order placement to region/customer receipt. Managing and coordinating finished goods inventory and coordinating with scheduling to ensure the highest possible service to customers while meeting inventory goals. * Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects * May contribute to the development of policies and procedures * Works on complex projects of large scope * Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives * Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects * Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives * May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors Degree preferred * Min 4 years general business experience, preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) * Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
