Responsibilities
* You have to learn about our product features and benefits. * You maintain an in-depth understanding of investments and the financial services industry through training and course offerings * You’ll promote solutions that help our customers invest in a way that works for them. * Describe your expertise in being able to build rapport and provide “second-to-none” investment resources, based on your knowledge of the customer’s specific situation and needs * Listen. Not only for this job, but in life, listening is a beneficial trait to apply. * Don’t be a knucklehead. We’re a company who likes people, inside and outside of the organization. People are the heart of what we do. * Be a team player, be encouraging, motivate your peers. Being able to play nice in the sand box is key. * We’ll want you to maintain those nifty licenses and designations that you worked hard to achieve – maybe you’ll even want to build upon what you’ve got * Answer the phone. It’s sort of the first rule of the club.
Ideal Candidate
* High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience * Currently active FINRA Series 7 license * Currently active FINRA Series 63 license or Series 66
