Our digital tools automate the design and verification of giga-scale, giga-hertz SoCs at the latest semiconductor processing nodes. Our IC packaging and PCB tools permit the design of complete boards and subsystems.
- Drive customer adoption and future product roadmap requirements for our custom IC solution.
- Enable the sales organization to close new business by developing and negotiating customer requirements; integrating solution requirements with business objectives.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Develops strategies and positions by studying customer trends, personal industry contacts and projecting future needs and goals.
- Develop supporting collateral, technical and value-based positioning to enable sales organization.
- Training worldwide application engineers and sales executives on our solution and differentiated value.
- Collaborate with extended team to define new product capabilities to meet future design challenges.
- Market research and monitoring/reporting on competitive activities.
- Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Customer Knowledge and Contacts, Presentation Skills, Meeting Sales Objectives, Professionalism, custom IC implementation, simulation.
- MBA preferred and at least 10 years of experience in a combination of custom IC design and sales.
- Good understanding of custom/analog and mixed signal design and verification methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills. Travel expectation 25-50%.
