Intermediate Level Signal Analyst Job

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.

• Working knowledge of procedures and tools for characterizing fundamental signal parameters.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the physical theory behind electromagnetic propagation in dynamic systems
• Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
• Researches, compiles, evaluates and integrates Signals Intelligence into Intelligence Community assessments and reports, and based on US National and theater priorities.
• Prepares the SIGINT related portions of intelligence products and assessments
• B.S. college degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field, or formal training in Digital Signal Processing plus two years relevant experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in signals analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical and analytical information in written products.

Desired skills:

• M.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
• PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience using X-Midas.
• Three (3) years of experience using M2Extra.
• Relevant experience processing spread spectrum signals.
• Relevant experience processing BPSK signals.
• Relevant experience processing FSK signals.
• Experience performing RF surveys and signal locating.
• Experience in design, development, or testing of weapons systems. 12. Five (5) years or more experience measuring RF phenomenology.
• Experience training techniques of Digital Signal Processing and RF measurements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience. Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances.
